Season 15 — The Poor Kid

When Kenny's parents are arrested, the McCormick kids are put in an agnostic foster home. Cartman finds out he is the second poorest kid and attempts to get himself put in a foster home on Hawaii; this plan backfires. Cartman ends up living with Kenny where he or Kenny are no longer the “poor kids”.
